I bought my Nissan Juke brand new from the dealership in 2024. A short time later, the vehicle was involved in a minor accident—just one wheel and its related components were affected. We had the car towed to the authorized Nissan service, where they told us some parts needed replacing and would have to be ordered from abroad.
After weeks of waiting, I contacted Nissan Turkey directly, hoping to speed up the process. I was told a case had been opened and I’d receive a callback within two days. That never happened. I called again—same promise, no follow-up. This cycle repeated multiple times. No one ever calls back, and you can’t get any reliable information.
Meanwhile, other automotive brands offer replacement vehicles without hassle, and here I am—regretting my decision to choose Nissan. The most basic parts are not available domestically, and nearly two months have passed without any resolution or communication.
They set a vague “45 business day” repair window, but who can realistically be without a car for that long? I’m forced to stick with their service center to keep my warranty intact, but Nissan Turkey has shown zero responsibility and zero transparency.
