I bought a 2023 Nissan Qashqai e-POWER Platinum Premium, and from the moment I drove it off the lot, the brakes have been making a terrible noise. I've dragged this car to Nissan service centers in Gaziantep, Urfa, and Elazığ a staggering 20 times, and the problem persists!
Even though my car is under warranty, I've had to pay for new brake pads out of my own pocket. The issue never gets resolved. The latest attempt involved them claiming a "new part" arrived, and the Elazığ dealership supposedly replaced it. But guess what? The noise is still there! This is beyond frustrating; it's a monumental failure on Nissan's part to fix a fundamental issue on a brand-new, premium vehicle.
I will never buy another Nissan again, and I'll actively discourage anyone else from doing so. The company itself seems to be failing, which explains this abysmal lack of quality and support. Nissan, you need to rectify this immediately. Fix the chronic brake noise on my Qashqai e-POWER Platinum Premium, issue a full refund for all the brake pads I've had to buy, and compensate me for the countless wasted hours and frustration. This is completely unacceptable for a vehicle of this caliber.
