My 2024 Nissan Qashqai e-POWER has had the exact same problem six times in just one year. Sometimes the car fixes itself after half an hour, but the last time, it didn't resolve even after a full day, forcing me to call roadside assistance for a tow.
On March 17th, the car went to Çorlu Nissan ATM service. Seventeen days later, on April 4th, they finally told me the issue was a low 12-volt battery charge and that they'd simply recharged it. Two days after picking up the car, the same fault reappeared. I waited, and it eventually cleared itself. Yesterday, I took my car for its 15,000 km service, and the battery test showed a measly 25% charge. Today, after getting gas, the problem struck again!
I called roadside assistance, and they immediately wanted to send another tow truck. I asked them, if this is truly a 12-volt battery issue, why couldn't roadside assistance just come and jump-start it? The agent's excuse was that he had "another place to go." They just insisted on sending a tow truck. I also requested a replacement vehicle because my car was stranded, but they refused to help. It's completely unacceptable to put a customer through this much trouble for what should be a simple 12-volt battery replacement.
I'm now terrified to even turn off my car; I live in constant fear of being stranded. Nissan, you need to fix this chronic battery drain on my 2024 Qashqai e-POWER immediately! Stop with the temporary fixes and provide a permanent solution. I demand a proper diagnosis, a new, functional battery, and better roadside assistance that actually helps, not just sends tow trucks.
