I bought a 2024 Nissan Qashqai E-Power Sky Pack from Nissan Park dealership on October 18, 2024. It's only been about nine months, and I've already had to call roadside assistance seven times and take it to the service center three times because the battery keeps dying!

They've tried everything: first, they replaced the battery, then they performed a software update, and finally, they subjected it to a battery test. Yet, this recurring problem is still completely unresolved. The service center even had the audacity to tell me that my car needs to be driven at regular intervals. That makes absolutely no sense! Before this, I had a 2018 Audi A4 that sat for 40-50 days without being driven once, and it started right up without any issues. In an era of rapid technological advancement, this excuse is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable.

I deeply regret buying a Nissan. I've decided to sell this car because I simply cannot drive such a problematic vehicle. Nissan's complete lack of concern and their dismissive attitude are incredibly frustrating for loyal customers like me. Nissan General Headquarters, you need to address this chronic battery drain issue on my 2024 Qashqai E-Power immediately! This is a manufacturing defect, and I demand a swift and permanent solution.
