Nissan Qashqai E-Power Malfunction and Poor Service

We purchased a 2023 Nissan Qashqai e-power and had its 45,000 km maintenance done at Borovalı about a month ago. While driving, the car displayed an error message: "e-power system is off, stop safely." After contacting Borovalı, we were directed to call roadside assistance, which took over 4 hours to collect the car.
We were promised a replacement vehicle, but despite multiple follow-ups, no vehicle was provided. Instead, I was told to arrange one myself for ₺4,200, which was not refunded. To make matters worse, I was informed the car might stay in service for a month due to a rare issue.
This is extremely disappointing, especially since this is our third Nissan purchase from Borovalı. I expect a solution to this issue immediately. A 1-year-old vehicle shouldn't face such significant issues, and Nissan should stand behind their product and service quality.
