Nissa Car Rental Provides Poor Airport Service

On October 23, 2025, I rented a Volkswagen Polo from Nissa Car Rental through Enuygun. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at Denizli Çardak Airport, but the car was not delivered at the scheduled time. I tried for about one hour to reach the person responsible for delivering the car, and then attempted to contact the branch manager. Eventually, they told me they could not send another vehicle to the airport and that I would have to go to their main office in Pamukkale on my own. The fact that the main office is about one hour away from the airport made the situation even worse. They suggested using their shuttle service, but the shuttles had already left. As a result, I was inconvenienced for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours and ended up being late for my meeting.

This was my first time using this company, and I am filing this complaint due to the negative experience I had. While the payment was refunded by Enuygun, I wanted to share this issue because Nissa Car Rental failed to show adequate concern for customer satisfaction.
