Nike Winter Shoes Falling Apart

In May 2023, I bought a pair of Nike winter shoes, used them for just 1-1.5 months, and then put them away. When the winter season returned, I took them out for use, only to find that the inner and outer edges, as well as the back of the sole, had detached from the shoe. I took the shoes back to the store where I bought them, and after waiting for 1-2 weeks, I received a generic response stating that they found no manufacturing defects. I decided to take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board, but they informed me that it would take 6-8 months to resolve the issue. Now, after 8 months, my child will have grown another 1.5 years, and if a new pair arrives, it won't fit. Getting a refund won't allow me to purchase a replacement pair. As a frustrated customer, I'm wondering what options I have.
