I ordered the Nike GT Hustle Academy Men's Blue Basketball Shoes from Sportive's website on November 9, 2024, and received them within three days. Despite using them only on a basketball court, the soles showed significant wear after the first use.

I submitted a return request on November 20, but it was rejected on November 26 via SMS with no explanation provided. Since then, the shoes have not been returned to me either. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but no resolution has been offered.

I am highly dissatisfied with Nike for producing such a low-quality product and with Sportive for failing to stand behind the items they sell. I demand a full refund or an immediate replacement.
