My Nike Alphafly 3 Soles Started Peeling After 60km

On March 18, 2025, I purchased a pair of Nike Alphafly 3 shoes from your store. I used the shoes only twice, exclusively on asphalt, for a total of just 60 kilometers. Despite such limited and careful use, the rear soles began peeling—something that should never happen with a premium performance product like this.
I brought the shoes to the Sportive store on April 7, where I was told they would be sent in for inspection and that I would receive an update via text message. However, I never received any message or status update from Nike. Then, on May 14, I was suddenly contacted by the store and informed that my claim had been rejected. No explanation, no communication—just a silent denial.
I bought this product with confidence and trust in the Nike name, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. These shoes were barely used and cost a significant amount, yet I’m being denied support for what clearly looks like a manufacturing defect.
