I purchased a pair of Nike Giannis Immortality 4 basketball shoes for my child from 'Saha Mağazacılık AŞ' on 29.11.2024. The shoes were worn only three or four times in matches, but after just a few uses, the leather on the upper part near the laces started peeling. Since the shoes were only three months old, I reported the issue to the store where I bought them. However, the store rejected my request, claiming it was not a manufacturing defect but user-related damage. On 10.02.2025, they returned the shoes to me by cargo, refusing to accept responsibility. I bought these shoes trusting the reputation of Nike, but despite the product becoming unusable in such a short time, the seller refuses to acknowledge any fault. I paid more than the market price expecting quality and support, yet the company failed to stand behind its product, leaving both me and my child at a loss. I have a complaint against this company.
