Nike Air Jordan Basketball Shoes Defective After 2 Weeks

38

On July 8, 2024, I purchased Nike Air Jordan basketball shoes for my daughter from Sneaks Up. Despite only wearing them to the basketball gym twice a week, the shoes began to fall apart at the seams just two weeks later. On August 13, 2024, I returned them to the store, and they were sent for inspection. Unfortunately, I received a negative response to my claim.
It is obvious that a product should not deteriorate in such a short time. When I asked the store staff why I hadn't been notified about the rejection after the second inspection, they said it wasn't their responsibility to notify me. This response is unacceptable, especially from a chain store that sells world-renowned brands at thousands of ₺.
