I Regret Buying Nike Dunk—Shoe Hurts Badly Despite Minimal Use
I bought a pair of Nike Dunk sneakers just yesterday. I didn’t walk much in them initially, and I really wish I had tested them better before purchasing. I bought them because I liked the style, but today was the first time I wore them outside—and it was a huge letdown.
The shoes don’t feel tight, in fact, the back of the shoe slightly lifts while walking. But the upper part of the sneaker bends in a way that causes intense discomfort. I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I understand that creasing on the upper is normal, but I’ve owned several Nike Air Force pairs before and never experienced anything like this.
I genuinely don’t know how to solve this problem now, but I want to warn others considering buying Nike Dunk sneakers: test the shoes thoroughly in-store. Walk, jog, even jump a little if needed—because you’re spending ₺5,000–₺6,000 and deserve comfort. Nike, I expect better quality and customer support for this price. Please offer a resolution for such product flaws.
