Nike Air Force Logo Peeled Rapidly

December 23, 2023 9:12 AM55

I bought a pair of Air Force shoes from the Nike store at Hilltown Mall four months ago. I'm pretty happy with the shoes overall, but I was surprised to see that the Nike logo started peeling off when I just had them sitting on the shoe rack, without even wearing them. There's no way I caused this; it's definitely because of a manufacturing mistake. I sent the shoes to be inspected because there's a defect covered by the 2-year warranty, and I'm hoping for a solution. I'm sorry to say that my complaint still hasn't been resolved, which is really disappointing. I want to find a solution for this problem with the manufacturing within the 2-year warranty.

When I bought the shoes without examining them, the completely white shoes I sent were returned dirty, with some parts darkened and the fabric parts yellowed. The sturdy shoes were also returned in the same dirty condition. It is a complete disgrace that products we purchase for high amounts are returned as user errors rather than brand errors and are sent back dirty. I am expecting a response.
