Unable to Cancel Order or Reach Turkish Support on Nextdirect.com

I want to cancel my order from Nextdirect.com, but I’m facing issues with customer service. When I call, the automated system says there will be Turkish support, yet each time I’m connected to someone who only speaks English. This makes it impossible for me to explain my request or resolve my issues. I don’t want to keep these items, and I can’t even make a simple size exchange. Nextdirect, please provide proper Turkish-speaking support or an easier way for non-English speakers to manage their orders. I need my order canceled promptly and a resolution to this frustrating experience.
