I have my doubts about the validity of their refund policy because they have not honoured it. To be honest, never encountered such blatant disregard for a refund policy in all my years of shopping online, I was not informed about the unexpected custom fee that was applied to my order before I made the purchase. confusion got fueled by this intolerable lack of transparency. Why did no one inform me about these hidden fees in advance? The fact that nothing I got was identical to what I had ordered was wrong enough, not only does this show that the company's quality control procedures are lacking, but it damaged the trust I had in them. I have been inundated with refusal and unresponsiveness from the company despite my best efforts to resolve the matter by requesting a refund, when you pay more than what was originally quoted and then get the wrong items and can't get them fixed, discouraged by the company's honesty and customer service after this ordeal, strongly suggest that they reconsider their methods and keep their word to consumers.
