NextDirect Detained My Dress Orders and Ignored My Refund Requests

I am beyond frustrated with NextDirect and Skynet. I placed two separate orders for dresses, intended solely for personal use. Since then, I have been dragged through an infuriating process: Skynet asked for a bank statement, then sent me an importer’s form to complete (despite me being just a private buyer), and even after I paid all required customs fees, my parcels remain detained. Despite countless emails, both NextDirect and Skynet respond with irrelevant information as though they haven’t even read my questions. It's like talking to a brick wall. I have little hope of ever seeing my items or getting a refund, and I can’t believe I’m dealing with such incompetence. NextDirect used to be reliable, but this experience feels like outright theft.
