New Balance 530 Tore Like A Sock
I purchased a New Balance 530 shoe from SuperStep online on September 7, 2022, with order number 2072491747711925.001. Despite wearing the shoes very little, the mesh section tore like a sock. However, my support request was rejected, with the explanation that it was not due to a manufacturing defect. It's disappointing that a shoe costing 2900 TL would tear so easily, especially when not subjected to excessive strain. If this isn't a manufacturing defect, it seems like they are making these shoes not to be worn on our feet, but rather to be carried on our heads, which we fail to understand.
