I purchased a pair of New Balance 530 shoes on February 17, 2024, from the Bornova Forum branch in Izmir. Within just four months, the laces on both shoes snapped. When I sent the shoes to the Samsun branch for inspection, they claimed it was due to heat and detergent exposure, which is not true as the shoes never came into contact with any such substances.
I am frustrated by this situation, as the shoes were supposed to be covered under warranty, yet they were not properly addressed. Moreover, I was told that the shoes would be returned to the store within three days, but it has already been a week, and there’s still no sign of them.
I am requesting urgent attention to this matter and a proper resolution. This delay and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
