My New Balance 530 Shoes Developed Tears Despite Minimal Use

In mid-July, I purchased the New Balance 530 sneakers from the Nişantaşı City’s AVM store. Despite wearing them only occasionally, both shoes developed tears in the mesh fabric. I returned them to the store, where an employee mentioned they frequently receive similar complaints about this model. A case was opened for inspection, but today I was informed that my claim was rejected.

I find it extremely frustrating that a recurring issue with this specific model is being classified as "user error." How can shoes that aren’t worn regularly tear so easily? This is far below the standard I expect from New Balance.

I request a reinspection and a favorable resolution for this matter. A reputable brand should stand behind the quality of its products. Thank you.

Hello, as you mentioned, we forwarded it to your store again, but they gave a negative response again within 4-5 days. It was a waste of time or it is to stall the customer… I don't think the product was re-examined, nor do I think this platform provides any support.
