My latest encounter with the New Balance trainers I bought from the Boyner İstinye Park shop truly irritates me. Photographs show the trainers with the 408 code starting to split from the sole after just two months of consistent use. The seams started to show, and even the shoe code has totally disappeared. Given the price range, I expected from a name like New Balance higher quality. After their so-called inspection, my demands for a return, exchange, or even a coupon were turned down when I called Boyner. Having a poorly created product and no fix irritates one. Boyner should review their choice and present a reasonable response.

The product was rejected for the second time. No solution was offered.

I would like to warn all customers in advance about the refusal to accept returns and exchanges despite the complete disintegration of the inner part of the New Balance shoes purchased from Boyner İstinyePark. Despite the entire inner part of the shoe tearing within just 2 months, returns or exchanges were not accepted. The products were sent for inspection 3 times, and I am leaving the photos here as well. Even if these shoes were worn every moment of every day for 2 months, they wouldn't reach this condition. We have never encountered such a situation with any other brand or company. That's all for now; let this be information for those who are considering purchasing the product.
