I purchased a pair of 9060 New Balance shoes and after wearing them only three times, the side of the tongue tore, looking like a clean cut. I contacted the store, and they blamed me for the damage, calling it a customer error. This is incredibly frustrating since I paid a significant amount for these shoes, expecting better quality from such a well-known brand. It's disappointing to see the shoes in this condition so quickly, and the New Balance store in Izmir Istinye offered no assistance at all. I want a resolution to this issue – I didn't buy these shoes for them to fall apart so soon!
