Neutrogena Face Wash Caused Severe Itching & Allergic Reaction

I purchased the Neutrogena Anti-Acne Face Wash, even though I don’t have sensitive skin, expecting it to help with cleansing. However, after just a few uses, I experienced severe itching, redness, and burning on my face.

The first time I used it, everything seemed fine, but the next morning, after washing my face again, my skin started to itch and burn intensely. The redness and irritation are getting worse, and now my skin is swollen and uncomfortable.

Neutrogena, please address this issue immediately! A skincare product should not cause this kind of reaction. I trusted your brand, but this has been a terrible experience. I need a solution now before my skin worsens!
