Neutrogena Face Wash Burned My Skin

I purchased Neutrogena face wash from Gratis after getting a pimple during the earthquake. Normally, my skin was perfect. I won't share a picture of my beautiful skin to avoid breaking down in tears, but I had one of the best complexions you could ever see—milky white and flawless.
After using the face wash, my skin burned terribly. We tried applying yogurt to soothe it, but the damage was done. Despite being a harmful product, it's sold everywhere. My face burned so badly that now, a year later, it is still covered in burn scars. Everyone in my household tested the product on their wrists, and it burned their skin horribly, proving it's not just for sensitive skin—this product is downright dangerous. It has no benefits, only harm. Even after more than a year, my skin hasn't recovered and remains scarred.
