Netshort Videos Not Playing on Xiaomi Redmi 13

I have been unable to watch videos on the Netshort app installed on my Xiaomi Redmi 13 for approximately three months. Whenever I try to open a series in the app, I repeatedly receive an error similar to “Series not found,” and I am unable to play any content.

During this time, I have not tried steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app or attempting to use it at different times. I also have not yet contacted either Netshort or Xiaomi customer support. Since video playback works without any problems in other apps on my device and I only experience this issue with Netshort, I believe the problem may be related to the app itself.

I request that this error in the Netshort app be fixed so that I can watch series and videos on my phone without any problems. If necessary, I also request a technical explanation of the issue and a permanent solution.
