As of today, I am unable to open the Netshort app on my Redmi 13 phone. When I tap on the app, it does not open, and I cannot use it at all.
Even though I do not have any paid subscription or active payment, I am still unable to access the app. So far, I have not contacted either Netshort support or phone customer service.
