Netshort Not Working

I subscribed to Netshort today at around 11:00 a.m. on my Android device, and from the moment my subscription started I have been unable to access or download any content. The application constantly shows “download pending” or “unstable connection” while all my other apps and internet-dependent services work perfectly, so the problem clearly seems to be on Netshort’s side. I contacted your customer support and was asked to provide a screenshot, which I did, but despite this the issue has still not been resolved and I am still unable to use the service I paid for. I request that you urgently fix my access so that I can properly use my subscription, and that you also provide an extension to cover the time I have already lost because of this problem. If you are unable to solve the access and download issue, I expect a full refund of my subscription fee.
