Netshort Charged Me After Cancellation – Weekly VIP Refund Request

I had a Weekly VIP subscription with Netshort which I cancelled on 20 May 2026 through Google Play. Despite this, my account continued to be charged after the cancellation. I was charged 9.49 on 30 June 2026, then 19.99 on 6 July 2026 and another 19.99 on 13 July 2026, and there is currently a pending charge of 19.99 dated 20 July 2026. I only noticed recently that the subscription was still being billed even though I had cancelled it in advance and have not been using the service. I request that all charges taken after 20 May 2026 be fully refunded to my original payment method and that my Weekly VIP subscription be completely cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account.
