NetShort Unauthorized Membership and Bank Charge Complaint

An unauthorized membership was created in my name on the NetShort short-film platform, and $20 was charged directly from my bank account today. I have never signed up for this platform, authorized any payment, or received any notification about such a transaction.

The charge was taken directly from my bank account, and I only noticed it when I checked my bank transactions. I have not yet contacted my bank, but with this complaint, I want to notify both NetShort and the relevant authorities about the situation.

I request that the unauthorized membership opened in my name be canceled immediately and that the full $20 charged from my account be refunded as soon as possible.
