Netshort Kept Charging My Card After a One-Week Trial

I purchased a weekly trial package from a website called Netshort that I saw on social media so I could watch a TV series. Although I only paid for one week of access, the subscription was automatically renewed without my knowledge or authorization, and my card began being charged on a recurring basis.

For approximately three weeks, my credit card has been charged around $20 each week, totaling approximately $56 in unauthorized charges. My card is issued by Yapı Kredi Bank, and the transactions clearly appear on my statements under the name Netshort / netshort.com. I can also see a pending authorization of approximately $20 from Netshort in my account activity, meaning another charge is about to be processed. I have been completely unable to contact the website or its customer service and cannot find anyone who can address this issue.

I request that these unauthorized and unapproved charges from Netshort be stopped immediately, that all pending authorizations be canceled, that my subscription be fully terminated, and that all charges made to my credit card over the past three weeks be refunded in full.
