I purchased a one-week trial membership on Netshort to watch movies and TV series and paid approximately $7 USD for this trial. My membership was set to expire tomorrow, meaning there was still one day left in the trial period. Despite this, today an additional $11 USD was charged to my account without my approval.
As soon as I noticed this unauthorized charge, I immediately canceled my Netshort membership. I do not accept that this amount was charged while my trial period was still active and without any notification or consent from me.
First and foremost, I request that the $11 USD charged unfairly be refunded to my account in full as soon as possible. I also request that no charges other than the approximately $7 USD I paid for the one-week trial be applied, and that I be provided with a written explanation explaining why this charge was made.
