Netshort Charged Before Renewal Date Without Notice

I subscribed to a 1-week package on Netshort and only used the app for a single day. I haven’t accessed it in days, yet I was shocked to find that ₺1099 was charged to my account without any prior warning or my approval. Even more frustrating, the renewal date was clearly listed as May 16, but the payment was withdrawn early on May 15. How is that even allowed? There was no notification, no confirmation request, and no reminder—just a silent and unauthorized deduction. I don’t even use the app anymore. This is completely unfair and feels like a deliberate tactic to trap users. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺1099 and expect a prompt response from your support team.
