Netshort Ignores Cancellation and Charges Credit Card

On December 7, I purchased a one-week membership through the Netshort app to watch movies. Because I did not want the subscription to renew automatically, I canceled my subscription through the Google Play Store on December 12, before the one-week period had even ended.

Despite this, on December 16 at 12:59 AM, an additional $11 USD was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card without my knowledge or consent. Even though I canceled the subscription before it expired specifically to prevent renewal, being charged anyway is unacceptable.

I request that Netshort and the relevant parties refund the $11 USD charged despite my cancellation and ensure that my subscription is completely canceled.
