I Cannot Cancel Google Pay Netshort NASGP Subscription

I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription charged through Google Pay under the description “Netshort# NASGP.” I use an Android device, and this subscription started on 3/16 with a charge of $11.39, which has so far been taken only once. Since 3/21 I have repeatedly tried to cancel this subscription on my Android device, specifically on 3/21, 3/23, 3/25, and 3/26, but there is no response when I attempt to cancel it. The cancellation process does not complete and the subscription still appears active, so I am unable to stop it through the normal steps. I request that this subscription be immediately cancelled and that I receive written confirmation that it has been fully terminated so that no further charges are made to my account.
