Cancellation Request For Netshort Subscription

I made a payment to Netshort today in the United States using the credit card saved on my phone, but the transaction was processed through the website instead of through the mobile app as I intended. I did not want to pay via the website and therefore I do not approve this form of transaction. Since the payment was just made and I do not wish to continue with this in its current form, I request the immediate cancellation of this transaction and a full refund back to my card. I kindly ask that my request be handled as soon as possible and that written confirmation be provided once the cancellation and refund are completed.
