Netflix Account Stolen And I Want My Refund Or Account Back

My Netflix account has been stolen, and all my information has been changed, so I cannot access it. However, I have my bills, etc., to prove that I had an account and paid the last bill, which covered the recent account used by the hackers. Why isn't Netflix taking action to strengthen its security system? Why am I paying for these hacker users? Why hasn't anyone helped me for two days? I want my refund or account back immediately.

The Turkish team helped me to solve my problem, thanks. However, I insist that Netflix should handle its account security problem because it's the second time in the last three months that I had my account stolen.
