Unauthorized Email Change on My Netflix Account

I was shocked to discover today that the email address linked to my long-standing Netflix account, containing my personal and credit card information, was changed without my knowledge or authorization. I received an email notifying me of this change, but I have no idea how it happened.

I’ve tried contacting Netflix support, but I haven’t been able to get through to anyone for assistance. This is extremely concerning, and I need immediate help to secure my account and prevent any potential misuse of my sensitive information.
