Still Waiting on My Netflix Refund—No Response After Multiple Requests

Over a week ago, I reached out to Netflix to request a refund, but I still haven’t received it. I contacted customer service and made it very clear that I wanted my money back. Today, since I had the day off, I decided to check if the refund had been processed, only to find that nothing has changed—my money hasn’t been returned.
Despite clearly communicating my request several times and even following up with an email, my refund still hasn’t been issued. I’m very frustrated by this situation. As a working person, I shouldn’t have to chase down a refund that I requested well within a reasonable time frame. This delay is unacceptable, and I want my money back.
