I am beyond frustrated with Netflix! I canceled my subscription, yet I just checked my bank account and discovered that they’ve charged me again. Despite trying to cancel multiple times, Netflix keeps billing me! I’ve tried to remove my payment info, but it won’t let me. My card details and personal information remain on their system, and I can't get rid of them. This is completely unacceptable.

I demand that Netflix cancel my subscription once and for all, delete all of my personal information, and stop attempting to charge me. I also expect a refund for the unauthorized charges they’ve made. This needs to be resolved immediately!
