A hair strand was found inside Nestle Damak brand chocolate! I sent his photos to the company in Turkey. The company called me on the phone, but without even apologizing, they asked for the party number in the package. The witness sample will be checked with the batch number (!). Probably, if there is a hair in the witness sample, they will agree with me, otherwise I will be wrong (!) When I conveyed the absurdity of this situation to the caller, he was ignored. In summary, we had a dissatisfied telephone conversation without apology. The company should first change its policy in terms of customer dialogue and satisfaction, and adequate training should be provided to its personnel who will communicate with the customer. Because of Nestle, our family, including my children, are disgusted with chocolate. I still keep the piece of chocolate containing part of the hair, which includes the company's logo. If a similar problem had occurred in the USA, the company would have been in an extremely difficult situation. However, I believe that justice will be provided in my country. As a result, I will first file a complaint with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry due to the company's indifference. Subsequently, the 13th Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals decided 2012/11165E.-23974K. As in the precedent decision no., I will file a lawsuit for damages against the company.
