Disgusting Experience and Zero Accountability From Yemeksepeti

There was hair in the food I received, and Yemeksepeti didn’t even care. They said they couldn’t give a positive response due to their procedures. This kind of response shows a complete lack of customer care and accountability. If an issue like this doesn’t qualify for a proper response, then what kind of problem would? I even sent them photos as proof, but it made no difference. I paid ₺815, which is not a small amount, and the service I received was absolutely disgraceful. I will definitely never use Yemeksepeti again.
