I sent my Vertuo Pop device to the technical service at the Nespresso Akasya Boutique store on 20/11/2023 because the water setting was broken. After being informed that the machine was ready, I retrieved my device from the Akasya Boutique store today. While at the store, I wanted to open and check the device, but the store employee informed me that such a check wasn't performed on-site. Upon arriving home and taking the machine out of the box, I discovered that a part of the device was broken. Despite delivering my device to the service in good condition and handling it safely on my way home, I received it broken, as shown in the picture. I request the resolution of my grievance regarding this issue.
