Nespresso Vertuo Next Button Failure, No Global Warranty
I bought a Nespresso Vertuo Next in France in 2021 and recently moved to Türkiye. Yesterday, the button on the machine suddenly stopped working, and the light on the button no longer turns on. I called the customer service center, only to be told that Nespresso doesn’t offer a global warranty. This is incredibly frustrating, as I expected better support from such a well-known brand. After doing some research online, I discovered that this button issue is a common problem with the Vertuo Next. Many other customers have faced similar issues and have posted numerous complaints about it. It’s disappointing that Nespresso hasn’t addressed this chronic problem and doesn't provide a global warranty for their products. For a machine that costs a lot, you’d expect better quality and customer service. I’m stuck with a faulty coffee machine and no support from Nespresso. what a shame!!
Someone called on behalf of the brand, but of course, they didn't offer a solution.
