Nebula App Tried Charging ₺1,214.66 Without My Consent After a ₺0.50 Trial Purchase

I authorized a one-time payment of $0.50 on the Nebula app just to receive my birth chart. That was supposed to be it. But on July 3, 2025, the app attempted to withdraw ₺1,214.66 from my account without my knowledge or approval. Thankfully, there weren’t enough funds at the time, so the charge failed—but I know that as soon as I deposit money, it will be deducted automatically.

I received no notification, no email, no pop-up warning—absolutely nothing. There was also no approval request from my bank. I never agreed to a subscription or additional payment. This is a clear case of unauthorized billing and I consider it both the app’s fault and a failure on the bank’s side for not protecting my account.

I demand that Nebula immediately cancel any hidden subscription tied to my account and guarantee that no funds will be withdrawn. I also expect a full explanation of how this charge was even attempted without consent. This behavior is unacceptable and must be corrected right away.
