The Nebula app withdrew ₺1,237.83 from my bank account without any prior warning, notification, or authorization. I was never informed by the app or prompted for approval, and I received no verification request from my bank. All I got was a message stating that the amount had already been charged. I did not knowingly subscribe to any service or approve this payment.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to charge users without transparency. I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺1,237.83 that was wrongfully taken from me. I also want confirmation that any so-called subscription has been canceled and that my personal and financial information has been permanently removed from their system.
In addition, I hold the bank partially responsible for allowing such a transaction without proper authorization. Both Nebula and the bank must take accountability and resolve this issue immediately. I expect a full explanation and my money returned without delay.
