Hello, today I noticed that ₺1,597 (equivalent to $39) was withdrawn from my account by the Nebula app, which I later discovered is based in Southern Cyprus. This charge was made completely without my consent or knowledge. I did not authorize any payment, and I have never agreed to any ongoing service or subscription.
Immediately after seeing the transaction, I contacted my bank, filed a dispute, and had my card blocked to prevent any further unauthorized withdrawals. However, that does not change the fact that I’ve already lost ₺1,597 to an app I never intended to pay for.
I am formally requesting that this amount be refunded to me without delay. If I do not receive my money back, I will escalate this matter through legal channels, including filing complaints with the prosecutor’s office and submitting a formal grievance via CİMER. Nebula must stop charging users without permission and take accountability for unauthorized transactions.
