I Demand Refund For Unauthorized Nebula Horoscope Charge

On November 8, 2025, the Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology app on my iPhone withdrew a total of $296 from my card in two separate charges, even though I did not authorize any payment. The transaction happened completely without my consent, and since the app does not offer Turkish language support, I was unable to get any help from customer service. I do not have any order or transaction number related to these charges.

I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the unauthorized amount withdrawn from my card be refunded to me.
