I downloaded the Nebula Horoscope Astrology app just once to get a simple birth chart reading. It advertised a one-time, low-cost service, which I paid for. After that, I deleted the app, thinking everything was complete. But today, I was shocked to find that ₺1,214.77 was withdrawn from my card—without my knowledge, without my permission, and without any active membership on my part.
I never signed up for a subscription, and there was no warning or option to cancel any supposed membership. This is a clear unauthorized charge. I demand the immediate cancellation of any so-called subscription and a full refund of the ₺1,214.77 taken from me.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the prosecutor's office. This kind of deceptive and aggressive billing is unacceptable. Nebula must take responsibility and return my money now.
