I agreed to a one-time $0.50 payment on the Nebula app just to view my birth chart. That was the only service I intended to use, and I did not subscribe to anything. However, on June 14, 2025, Nebula withdrew an additional ₺1,223.51 from my account without my knowledge or consent.
I received no email, no app notification, and no authorization request from my bank. The money was simply taken, and I had no idea until I checked my bank statement. This charge is completely unauthorized, and I never approved it in any way. I feel deceived by both the app and the bank for allowing such a transaction to go through silently.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺1,223.51 that was taken from me and the cancellation of any so-called subscription I never agreed to. This issue must be resolved as soon as possible. What happened here is unacceptable, misleading, and unethical, and I won’t let it go unanswered.
