I bought 3 pairs of men's beach sandals from Nautica at the end of last summer. This summer, after wearing them for the first time, the straps on 2 pairs broke. I called customer service and requested a repair, but they told me they don’t do repairs—only returns after inspection. I prefer a repair because a refund won’t cover the cost of replacing both pairs. On top of that, I also bought 3 men's shorts, and one of them stained my skin blue, while another had its stitching come undone. Nautica’s quality has really disappointed me, and I’m looking for a resolution to avoid further loss.
