Nautica Refund Delay—Still Waiting for My Money
On January 19th, I made an online purchase from Nautica. Since the items did not fit, I returned them. Three out of four items were successfully refunded, but I am still waiting for the refund of one item.
I have called customer service multiple times, but every time, I get the same generic response: “There is a system issue, and we are working on it.” This has been going on for far too long.
If there was an issue with your system, why accept returns in the first place? I followed all return procedures correctly, yet I am left waiting indefinitely for my refund.
I demand an immediate resolution and full refund for the remaining item. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate this complaint further.
